Carving Stations
Buffets are set up for guests to serve
themselves the food items and the
amount of food they wish.
Turkey, ham, top sirloin & beef tenderloin
is place on the buffet sliced and
topped with the various sauces.
Staff for carving may be added to carve turkey, ham or beef for $100 per carver.
Two carvers required for more than 200 guests.
(One staff for carving is included in the Diamond Package, two staff for over 200 guests.)

Additional Time
May be added to your reception for $350.00 per hour, subject to availability.

There is a 15% service charge and 8.25% sales tax on reception packages & menu items.
